note to self: it’s gonna be okay. it’s okay to not feel like yourself some days. it’s okay to feel sorta empty. it’s okay to have a day just focused on you, treat yourself and do whatever makes you feel better. light up a candle, read a book, throw on a podcast, find a new playlist and just listen to it, stare at the ceiling and just clear your mind. it’s okay to put yourself first.
